Slinging handcrafted, gloriously over-stuffed bagels, the cult favourite duo from Two Men Bagel House in Singapore have now added cultured Japanese quail to the menu.
Singapore’s favourite artisanal bagelry is pushing boundaries, teaming up with Forged to introduce cultured Japanese quail to the beloved bagel for the first time in two mind blowing creations — ‘Foie King’ featuring The Fatty Quail — a cultured Japanese quail foie gras, and ‘Parf-ect,’ layered with The Whipped Quail, a whipped pâté.
For the first time in 11 years, Two Men Bagel House will be putting foie gras on its menu, this time with a deliberately different take.
