Two flavours of croquettes made with désirée potato and cultured Japanese quail: Parfait and Smoked Spread. Built on a base of our signature products, expect a crumbed and crispy exterior packed with the flavours you know and love.

Our Parfait Croquettes are filled with a melt-in-your-mouth velvet parfait, tasting unmistakably of the bold, umami of our cultured Japanese quail.

Our Smoked Spread Croquettes are filled with a American Hickory-smoked spread, boasting a woodfire hit paired with a thick crumb exterior.
