Two flavours of arancini made with cultured Japanese quail: Smoky Truffle and Mushroom and Smoky Triple Cheese. Built on a base of our signature smoked spread, slow smoked over American hickory, both flavours are smoky and savoury, with our unmistakable umami base.
Our Smoky Truffle and Mushroom Arancini boast earthy mushrooms and black truffle beneath a golden crumb, enriched with our cultured quail.
Our Smoky Triple Cheese Arancini blend three cheeses, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan, for a satisfying crunch and gratifying cheese pull.
