Harvested sustainably in Sydney, Forged cultured Japanese quail is crafted with a precision inspired by master brewers and half a decade of tests, trials and proven results.
Forged Parfait has allergens of Milk and Eggs only.
Cultured Japanese quail (60%), butter (pasteurised cream (from milk)), water, eschallots, tapioca starch, port wine (contains egg and milk), garlic, brandy, vegetable and fruit concentrate (carrot, beetroot, radish, paprika, blackcurrant and apple, maltodextrin), olive oil, salt, and thyme.
